A Resonant Life is Buddhist-centered life coaching podcast and YouTube channel where we share experiences, reflections and insights on finding one's best path forward while uncovering one's authentic self. It is about taking action, altruistic action in our lives to create the conditions for abiding happiness and peace in our lives, and the lives of those around us.
Mike Thompson was educated and trained as a psychotherapist in the 90s, but instead of opening a practice, spent four years living in a Tibetan Buddhist monastery to practice, study and learn Buddhism.
Years later, as an IT professional, he found himself living in Tokyo Japan. With the kind and generous help of a friend -- who became his husband -- Mike began practicing Shinnyo Buddhism.
